VAe’s mission is to prepare our students for a sustained career in electro-mechanics by immersing them in a 5-month comprehensive program where they earn demonstrable industry skills, enabling them to continue their contributions to their country, family, and self.

VAe was founded by service-disabled veterans who understand firsthand the difficulties that a person faces when transitioning to civilian life. Our training program was intentionally structured to include schedules, demands, and expectations that are familiar to any veteran to reduce the risk of failure. We are also aware of the financial burden that education costs can have and because of this, students are eligible to enter the training program at no personal cost if approved by a VR&E counselor for attendance.
