We guarantee to provide you with a non-intrusive, flexible tenant who will become liable for the whole of the non-domestic business rates.
We offer a simple, legal short-term rental service that could save owners and lessee of empty commercial properties in England and Wales 70% off their empty property business rates. We charge a small fee for our service which will be recouped many times over with substantial financial savings on your empty property business rates.
R&R Group UK Ltd introduce tenants ready to occupy your empty commercial or industrial property on a rent free basis for a 43 days short term tenancy after which the property will then qualify for a 3 or 6 months exemption of empty property rates. Industrial properties qualify for a 6 month exemption period while other commercial property qualifies for a 3 months exemption period. Our tenants are totally flexible so will not affect your existing marketing arrangements of the premises, either for sale, or long-term let, you can simply continue unaffected. All our tenants will vacate the property at just 7 days notice to provide you full vacant possession in the event of a sale or the securing of a long term tenant.
Our standard and most popular agreement that we use is a 43 days tenancy agreement for both industrial properties and commercial properties. Many of our landlords repeat the process at the end of each rate free exemption period and the process is thus repeated.
