PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The objective of this employer-driven program is to offer the veteran who has little or no industry experience the highest level of EMS skills training and certification available, providing them with significant competitive advantage in the EMS industry.
Our model is founded upon close working relationships with DoD and EMS contractors who convey to us their upcoming hiring needs specific to EMS skills. Because these companies have a high level of social and economic interest in hiring veterans, we train our students in skills defined by these employers so they can be appropriately qualified and hired to deliver early productivity in a permanent career. This concept is the core of our employer-driven training model: Blackfox trains veterans in employer-defined skills, on the employer’s timetable, to fill existing or projected vacancies at that company.
