Especially in the field of oncology new tools are required due to the small amount of available cell material. By combining the proven selection and harvesting technology of the CellCelector of the ALS Automated Lab Solutions GmbH and the sensitive AmpliGrid technology of Beckman Coulter, the preparation of the single-cell PCR analysis of circulating tumor cells from detection to harvest until the start of the analysis in fully automated a work process.
