With almost 20,000 SMD stencils, micro templates and molded parts per year, BECKTRONIC is one of the leading manufacturers of precision stencils for the electronics industry.
In the production of the products different laser systems are used, which are designed for absolute precision cutting. The materials used such as stainless steel, FineGrain, nickel, Invar and more. meet the highest quality requirements and consist of alloys specially optimized for the laser cutting process. They are characterized by freedom from tension, uniform material thickness and a degree of hardness adapted to all production processes.
As a company with a very high performance standard, we opted for a fully air-conditioned production hall. This prevents the ambient temperature from having a significant impact on our end products.
In addition to the accuracy and our high quality standards, clients also benefit from very short delivery times and extensive customer service. Tracing the process chain is always possible.
The stencils are brushed on both sides as standard. The resulting deburring and removal of the finest cutting particles are parts of a production process, at the end of which is a high-quality, high-precision SMD stencil. Optionally, we offer further surface finishes (BECchem | BECnano), which counteract uneven pressure deposits, especially in fine-pitch areas. Based on the types and grids to be printed, we would be happy to advise you on which surface treatments can improve your processes. In addition, stencils can be directly bonded to fixed frames in self-developed gluing machines. For our customers, who place the highest demands on the stability, robustness and precision of the SMD stencil, this process offers optimum results.
We have the ability to laser in existing templates additional components or entire images. “Post-lasering” is a cost-effective alternative to completely re-producing a template.
