The trainers who are successfully involved in various projects for the KMI all have many years of broad practical experience.
Coaching of individual personalities, implementation of new work and functional processes as well as intensive training of sales and management personalities form the focus of our work. Our customers are both small and medium-sized companies as well as internationally active international corporations.
Well-versed and competent colleagues in the KMI’s back office relieve the trainers and maintain professional contact with customers at all times. The intensity of the cooperation and the high level of knowledge and understanding of the challenges facing the customer result in very long and confidential partnerships. In our opinion, these are essential prerequisites for jointly targeted success in person-to-person business.
Kai Braake took over the management of the KMI at the beginning of 2018. After graduating from high school, he learned the profession of officer with a degree and university degree to become a qualified pedagogue. After the service period, sales functions and coaching tasks followed in an employee relationship.
Automotive suppliers, tourism sales, medical technology, kitchen technology – are some of the many interesting fields in which Kai Braake is active. Teaching assignments and lectureships at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich and the Management Institute in Cologne round off the range of work areas. Kai Braake is a member of the BDVT.
