These lasers, specially optimized for the production of SMD stencils, provide the highest level of precision.
Since October 2012 the new laser system G6080 II is in operation at CADiLAC Laser.
With 7 laser systems, requirements for precision and fast availability are achieved.

The SMD stencils can also be classified according to their manufacturing process. For example, the following types of stencils are used in electronics today:
Etched metal stencils, laser cut metal stencils, laser cut polymer stencils, electroplated (electroforming, additive stencils) and partially deep etched (subtractive) stencils.
The laser-cut metal templates have the largest market share today.
For special applications, however, the electroplated templates and the laser-cut polymer templates have their significance.
