To process the design data, we use two powerful CAD / CAM systems. These allow us to program our machines efficiently and taking into account technical factors so that we get the best performance out of our machinery for your product.
When defining the manufacturing strategy and optimizing the machine programs, the programmers of the CAD / CAM system and the machine operator work hand in hand. This close cooperation and the short information channels via the network or the personal contact of the participants form the basis for an efficient production process. The result is economically produced high-quality production parts that we can process in-house in complex assemblies, finish with a surface treatment or deliver to our customers.
