Design for Manufacturing (TDMS)
The design stage is very important in product design. Most of the product lifecycle costs are committed at design stage. The product design is not just based on good design, but it should be possible to produce by manufacturing as well.

Through Hole and Surface Mount Technologies
As technology grows, the demand for less weight and smaller size component increases. This leads to new improved technology known as surface mount technology (SMT). Surface mount components are similar to plated through hole as far as their electrical function is concerned, but the key difference is size.

Fine Pitch, uBGA, CSP, 01005 Component Placement
Up-to-date automated cell assembly equipment for fine pitch, mixed, single-double sided, lead and lead free assemblies. These machines are capable of handling passive packages up to 0201 with expansion capabilities up to 01005 package sizes. Active component packages will include BGA, uBGA, CSP and MCM.

Automated Optical Inspection
The need for automated inspection exists in all PCB assembly processes where high quality and safety standards apply. What is needed is a reliable AOI system that provides maximum inspection coverage and measured feedback to the process.

Functional Testing
The functional test is typically performed in the last phase of the production line of a product as a final quality control. FCT are performed to ensure that the device under test (DUT) fulfills its functional specifications.

Flex Circuit SMT Assembly
Flexible Circuits require special handling and processing beyond what is normal best practices for rigid PCB Printed Circuit Board assembly. By definition, flexible circuits are flexible and made of different materials that react differently to heat and moisture.

Printed Circuit Board Repair Service
Whether you need help with a thousand circuit boards or just a few, we can complete the job and get your PCBs back to you for a charge that’s generally just a fraction of the circuit board’s value.

Epoxy – Potting
Electrical potting compounds are based on one and two-component epoxy resin and two-component polyurethane resin chemistries. They are solvent-free liquids, 100 percent solids formulated epoxy resin and polyurethane resin compounds.

Conformal Coating
Conformal coating is a protective chemical coating or polymer film 25-75µm thick (50µm typical) that ‘conforms’ to the circuit board topology. Its purpose is to protect electronic circuits from harsh environments that may contain moisture and or chemical contaminants.

Cable – Wire Harness Assembly
Our experienced staff puts a wealth of cross-industry knowledge into every wire harness and cable assembly solution.
