Our factory in Dongguan City, China is accredited with AS9100D:2016; IATF16949:2016; ISO13485:2016; ISO 9001:2015; ISO14001: 2015; ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014.

With the support from our headquarters in the US, Express Manufacturing Inc. which has over 35 years of experience, we also provide clients with complementary value-based services such as engineering, subsystem assembly, distribution and refurbishment. Implementing Standardized Training
Our management gives top priority and full attention in giving quality services and goods. To ensure and maintain a high standard of services, we emphasize in staff development, by encouraging and facilitating continuous education for our colleagues. We also implement standardized training in ESD control, MSC awareness, SPC, FMEA, copy exact and on-the-job performance according to IPC-A-610 standards.

•Inspection and testing procedures implemented in all facilities
•Inspection using both customer-created checklist and our checklist
•Conduction of cross-functional quality meetings weekly to analyze yields, inspect data and assess manufacturing processes
•Statistical process control (SPC)
