Headquartered in Placentia, CA, 2nd Source Wire and Cable provides its clients with a complete stock of mil-spec wire, cable and wire related harnessing products.

Responding to the aerospace industry need for distribution of high performance wire and cable, 2nd Source was established in 1989 by Donna Silvers and Lois Ginn. The company started as a two-woman operation running the company from just a small office. Within months, the company grew so rapidly that the facility moved to a larger building. The company has continued to increases its sales growth year to year.

In 2014, the company was acquired by Aero Pacific Corporation. The acquisition by this larger manufacturing facility provides the company with additional resources to support aggressive growth and expand their product offerings. In late 2017, 2nd Source moved to a new location, which affords the company over 25,000 square feet of operating space.

2nd Source is AS9100D with ISO 9001:2015 Registered and operates as a small privately-owned business.
