As of January 2018, Cirtech was acquired by APCT, a leading manufacturer of rigid printed circuit boards located in the heart of the Silicon Valley, Santa Clara California. APCT wants to assure all loyal Cirtech customers that the People, Service Standards, and Production Capabilities associated with Cirtech over the years will continue without interruption and will now become even more robust with the added support of APCT.

A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO APCT
APCT, led by their President Steve Robinson, who has over 45 years in the business of circuit board manufacturing, operates under the motto “Say Yes!” Strive to say Yes to the customer’s technology needs and say Yes to their production lead-time. WHY THE ACQUISITION
APCT studied and moved forward with the acquisition of Cirtech, because it gave APCT more opportunities to help its customers. Cirtech’s rich history primarily has focused on the Defense & Aerospace industries. Its manufacturing not only produces Mil-Spec certified Rigid, Flex and Rigid-Flex technologies; but is supported by specific industry certifications: AS9100; NADCAP; MIL-P-55110 and MIL-PRF-31032. The acquisition of Cirtech brings APCT not only these highly desired industry certifications, but also the entry into the Flex and Rigid-Flex market place.

MOVING FORWARD
APCT will continue to move forward with Passion, Commitment, and Trust, providing complex rigid printed circuit boards both domestically & globally and now will be able to offer its customers Flex & Rigid Flex solutions as well.
