Delta Welding and Fabrication (CA License 761090) is a small business in continuous operation since the 1990s. We have 10 amazing employees, and among them are certified welders, a professional engineer, and an architectural designer/project manager. We work with nearly all of the top general contractors in our area, as well as select national and international developers, public sector entities (UCSB, City of Santa Barbara, County of Santa Barbara, CalTrans) and occasionally homeowners. Over ninety percent of our work is repeat business with longstanding customers, all in the Santa Barbara-Montecito-Goleta-Gaviota area.
Owner Peter Doctors, P.E. is a civil engineer and graduate of California Polytechnic Institute in San Luis Obispo, California. Peter began his career working for engineering companies and then started his own business, Ourston and Doctors which was internationally acclaimed for designing roundabouts. Peter’s passion has always been building with a special interest in construction. For over 25 years, he has been successfully collaborating with local structural engineers, architects, and contractors. He has worked on projects of all sizes for companies including; Parsons Brinckerhoff, Penfield & Smith, City of Santa Barabara, Bob Easton Architects and Flowers and Associates.
