Source for Rad Hard EEPROM Memories
February 2020 – DDC proudly announces that our 1Mb (128k x 8) EEPROM QML-V Rad Hard memories (SMD# 5962-38267 – 28C010T & 28C011T) have been added to the European Space Agency (ESA) preferred parts list (EPPL, issue 39). DDC has provided space-qualified radiation hardened solutions to the space industry for more than 30 years, and the 100,000+ components we have deployed in space have experienced zero failures. Additionally, based upon recent industry communications, DDC will soon be the only source for EEPROM Rad Hard memories.
