HCS Control Systems specialise in the design, in-house manufacture, assembly and test of equipment for the subsea industry worldwide. Our systems include direct hydraulic production systems, installation and workover (IWOCS) systems, subsea distribution units, and the complete range of topside equipment for the deployment and handling of umbilical systems. We have specialist in-house processes such as orbital welding, and offer full FAT test and even full subsea SIT activities within our facility.

Our Field Services team are available to install, integrate and operate / train in the operation of our equipment. In addition our clients make use if this service along with our self-contained offshore test containers to maintain, install, flush and re-certify offshore hydraulic controls equipment (such as client-owned hydraulic control systems, production control systems, etc).

Our key product headings are listed to the left. HCS’ client base includes all the major subsea industry players, and we have experience in design and manufacturing to all of their particular guidelines, and in compliance with all Industry Codes and Standards.

Projects within HCS are managed by a dedicated and experienced Project Manager. Execution of each project is conducted in accordance with our formal quality processes, which are aligned as required to suit the client’s specific project administration requirements.

As we control all our key design and manufacturing abilities in-house, our deliveries are some of the most reliable and expedient in the industry, all the while maintaining exacting quality standards. Fast-track deliveries are a speciality.
