Currently we have three SMT lines consisting of Yamaha and Fuji pick-and-place machines for lead-free printed circuit board (PCB) assembly. These lines can handle components sizes from 0402 (EIA 01005) to 54mm QFP.
We have stable workforce for manual assembly.
