INNOVATIONS IN PLASTIC
K-Profile AG develops and produces extruded profiles made of a wide variety of plastics. For you as a customer counts the many years of know-how, with which we develop cost-effective and technically optimal solutions.
Send us a sketch or describe the application in which the plastic profile is to be used. Together with you, we develop innovative profiles tailored to your requirements or even complete plastic components in our apparatus construction.

Recycling:
We attach particular importance to environmentally friendly production processes. If your quality requirements permit, we also process plastic recyclates.

TECHNICAL PROFILES
For complex applications in the machine, sensor, electrical industry and medical technology, we develop innovative special profiles according to customer specifications, for example sliding profiles made of PA / HDPE, snap profiles made of ASA, hollow profiles made of PC and medical profiles made from the high-performance plastic PSU.

FIBER REINFORCED PROFILES
Customer-specific developed products for vehicle and lightweight construction, for window and door constructions and other applications are among our strengths. We produce profiles with properties tailored to the requirements of the target industries. These can be very light high strength profiles designed to replace aluminum profiles or profiles that require the best insulation properties.

LOADING AND TRADE FAIR PROFILES
With a current surface design you show competence in your shop and exhibition construction. K-profile supplies plastic profiles in any RAL or NCS color. It is also possible to apply hot stamping foils with different designs such as wood optics or other patterns to the profile surface.

FURNITURE PROFILE
The variety of different profiles extends the design possibilities of designers and furniture manufacturers. So we produce high-quality table edges, end, angle, roller shutter, handle profiles as well as U-profiles and groove rails. From quantities of 500 meters we produce all color shades according to RAL and NCS standards or according to your model.
