Wild & Küpfer AG, which has been based in Schmerikon since 1990, may be described as an unqualified success story. From 15 employees at that time, we developed to an internationally recognized size and today offer more than 160 jobs in the areas of administration, consulting, development, design, toolmaking, injection molding technology, quality assurance and integrated assembly and system solutions.

For years, Wild & Küpfer AG has been focusing on a field of tension that combines rural virtues such as quality, hard work, willingness to work, customer care, openness, and human company policy with the joy of innovation, creativity and technological development.

Under the motto “Being an employee there, where the future will be shaped”, we are working intensively on models for the future that not only keep pace with the growing global economic challenges, but actively anticipate them with appropriate solutions.
