Willi Frehner AG is your competent partner in the field of mold and tool making. For the past 30 years, we have specialized in the design and manufacture of die casting and injection molds, deburring tools, stamping tools and machining equipment. Sampling and acceptance

In injection molding, we can offer you, on request, in cooperation with a partner company sampling up to a closing force of 200 tons and deliver a production-optimized mold. In addition, a joint acceptance on site is part of every project.

In die casting, we supply you with a finished and ready-to-cast cased form or with a deburring tool that has been tested for its functionality. The sampling and acceptance takes place together with you on site.

In punching and bending tool construction, you receive a tool that has been tested for functionality. For this we have presses up to a dimension of 1000 mm x 800 mm and punching machines up to a dimension of 300 mm x 300 mm.

Services

Their shapes and tools are important to us even after delivery. We offer different services for own as well as for foreign forms, in order to increase or extend the service life. These include repairs, overhauls, conversions, spare parts production and the optimization of molds and tools.
