Turned and milled parts

By using modern turning and milling centers coupled with innovative programming, we are able to produce precision and technologically advanced components. Permanent investments in the machinery and in the further education of our proven specialists make it possible to meet the high specific customer requirements at any time. Our flexibility is also reflected in the variety of materials used. We process all stainless and acid resistant steels, titanium and cobalt alloys in turning from diameter 2.0 to 65mm; in milling from 2 to 1500cm2.

Laser technology

Ypsotec uses the latest development of JAG laser welding technology and the corresponding methodology. Often, the benefits of laser technology make new and more cost-effective production processes possible. Laser marking offers you further advantages of optical enhancement and labeling of the individual components.

With the consistent implementation of the standards, Ypsotec ensures a consistently high quality for its customers. The incoming goods inspection via the individual process steps is documented on a customer-specific basis. Upon request, we will create EMPB or test protocols. Ypsotec guarantees complete traceability as well as qualified and validated manufacturing processes according to standard and customer requirements. Quality not only sets the standard in the manufacture of products, it also includes the perfect execution of all services – from quotation to delivery.
