About us
Axetris is one of the leading suppliers of components and modules for gas detection, gas flow and gas control. The basis for this is Axetris’ own platinum-based Pt microchip technology. All products are produced by Axetris in state-of-the-art microtechnological cleanroom facilities in central Switzerland.

Products range from ultra-compact, high-precision and fast-reacting mass flow meters and controllers, to robust infrared radiators for advanced mid-IR gas detection applications, to highly sensitive laser-gas detectors based on tunable diode laser spectrometry.
Axetris is also a supplier of micro-optical lenses and diffractive optics and offers selected customers MEMS services. The Axetris engineering and manufacturing teams combine extensive experience in planning, manufacturing and metrology, from the microchip to the most advanced electronic modules.
