You may have heard how a pilot or a Pilatus employee uses the term “Pilate class” and wondered what that meant. It is the attitude that moves us to do what we do. The term stands for quality, integrity and professionalism. It is a positive way of remembering, giving, and doing the right thing when nobody is watching.

The term means the respectful way we treat our customers, our partners, and each other – the entire Pilate family. The Pilatus class is a higher level of service, in everything we do. Whoever joins the Pilatus family receives the Pilatus class as standard.
