Meyer Burger is a leading and globally active technology group for innovative systems and processes based on semiconductor technologies. Her focus is on photovoltaics (solar industry). At the same time, the company also applies its expertise and technologies to semiconductor and optoelectronics industries as well as selected other high-end semiconductor material markets.

The group employs around 1300 people on three continents (Europe, Asia and North America). The head office is in Thun (Switzerland).
