Construcciones Mecánicas José Lazpiur, SLU is a centenary family business located in Bergara (Gipuzkoa, Spain). Four generations of the Lazpiur family have seen the business grow and transform until today it becomes a company specialized in two areas: machinery and forging tools.

About us

In front of the company are the Agustín brothers and Miguel Lazpiur , the third generation. Miguel was president of the employers’ association of the Basque Country, Confebask, between 2005 and 2011, as well as vice-president of the Spanish employers’ association, CEOE, and of the Guipuzcoan employers’ association, Adegi.

The company has two main lines of business: the construction of machinery and the manufacture of precision tools for forging in the cold, hot and hot modes. He works for automotive multinationals such as Daimler, Ford or Volkswagen, as well as for TIER 1 such as GKN, Lear and others. It has a special penetration in the European and American market. The company is present in 25 countries and is considered one of the leading manufacturers worldwide in its sector.
