Lab Circuits’ strategy is to provide the best possible solution for all our clients’ projects. We can ensure this because we have over 40 years experience in the market using the most advanced equipment and technology, and, in particular, because of our team of more than 70 highly specialised professionals, who are committed to quality and a philosophy of customer service.

We are constantly adapting to the requirements of the market to ensure we meet this commitment. Our new management system enables us to offer new services to meet your needs. We aim for the most rapid and lowest cost option at all times, always offering the highest quality. We also have a clear commitment to responsible manufacturing in our plant at Santa Maria de Palautordera, Barcelona.

With this objective in mind, we are extending the range of services we offer. We are retaining our Prototype and Series families, but increasing the number of services from three at present to six. This will provide a wide range of options, with our strengths being our flexibility to respond to your needs and our punctuality.

So far, before initiating an order, you have considered what kind of series service –Urgent, Quick, Standard or Longterm Series— is most suited to your needs. From now on, you can also make a change of series service during the manufacturing process. To do this, you can request a service change offer and see the new time and cost options we have to bring forward the date of completion of an urgent order or delay it by switching to a less rapid service, if this is your new need.

The order will not be brought to a standstill when a service change offer is requested, so, if the change is not accepted, it will continue to be carried out under the conditions prior to making the service change offer.

The overall aim of the project is to offer the customer maximum flexibility, adapting ourselves so that each order is completed when it is needed and at the lowest cost.
Therefore, service change offers will consider the accumulated cost of the service provided up to the date of the request for change, as well as the cost outstanding in the new service.
