Cymax is a tool automation company that supplies transfer chambers containing EFEM, LPM (FOUP Opener), ATM Robot and Vacuum Robot for EFEM, which are essential for semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
We succeeded in localizing Korea’s only high vacuum vacuum robot (High Vacuum Technology) in 2007 and supplying it to Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, TSMC, Micron, Hitachi.
