Geo Elements Co., Ltd. is focusing on developing and supplying parts, materials, and related technologies for the safety and monitoring of mass production processes for customers who are making efforts to manufacture electronic materials.

Beginning with the supply of canisters for the use of precursors, which are essential for the patented CVD / ALD process, GeoElement’s parts business includes a level sensor that accurately measures the level of the precursor and a heater for precise temperature control of the canister. We are expanding our range of process diagnostics, including various related components, to provide systems designed for self-calibration using the diagnostic results.

In addition, we have localized the Sputtering Targer, a key material of PVD used in mass production process for thin film deposition, and is the first Korean company to supply 300mm semiconductor mass production process.
