multilayer:
– flexible and flex-rigid printed circuit boards, incl. with an air gap;
– with internal and external heat sinks, including metallized ends with pressing into the case;
– with blind and hidden plated holes
printed circuit boards for power applications with foil thickness up to 300 microns inclusive;
