Semar s.r.l. was founded in 1973 in Castelfidardo. The company currently occupies office and production space of approximately 4,000m2 and offers innovative design, production and distribution of powersupply, transformers, and electromagnetic windings tailored to clients specific requirements. Semar has been one of the first companies in Italy to invest in switching technology. This has allowed us, thanks to the use of new power integrated circuits, to enter the market of the small power supply sector.

Our depth of experience in switching transformers allows us to produce reliable, affordable, trustworthy transformers of reduced dimensions. The quality of our products and all services is guaranteed by UNI EN ISO 9001 certification obtained in 1995, ISO TS 16949 obtained in the year 2015, and numerous product certifications released by important organisations. Semar responds to the request for flexibility and puntuality of delivery with innovative software solutions able to analyse and plan for project needs via MRP and CRP systems.

In January 2002 we founded a production factory in China in Pinghu called Semar Cina Co., LTD. The scope of this new factory is to increase competivity in the Chinese domestic market and international, maintaining the same flexibility and production quality as in Semar Italy.

To be able to better serve the European market and to rapidly respond to the flexibility requests, in 2005 we opened another factory in Tunisia called Semar Tunisia.
