RAYBEN Technologies Founded in 2001, RAYBEN Technologies Group is headquartered in Hong Kong and has a production base in Zhuhai. Our sales reaches to the United States, Europe, Japan and South Korea, Southeast Asia and Greater China. With more than 20 years of experience in the design, development and production of PCBs, including multi-layered HDI/HLC, IMS, and embedded ceramic/copper inserts in a multilayered FR4, we have been serving customers in automotive, industrial, consumer electronics and medical applications, and has established long-term cooperative relations with many well-known automotive lighting and automotive electronics manufacturers. Backing-up by world-wide (United States, the European Union, China, Japan, and South Korea) patented on Micro-Heat Exchanger (MHE) technologies and a comprehensive product portfolio, we are proficient in PCB thermal management solutions. To facilitate a better support to the expanding markets domestically and internationally, starting from 2023, a capacity expansion program was launched to targeting for 2nd mainland plant and overseas plant.
