Fabless semiconductor integrated circuit subsidiary business owned by an indirect wholly-owned – “Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. minimally invasive ” operation, and can be traced back to 2002 when the time of its development and sales of the first integrated circuit products . Currently, the subsidiary sells integrated circuits under its own (MiniLogic) brand and provides its customers with the design and development of special-purpose integrated circuits (“ASIC”) services tailored to the integrated circuits. The subsidiary also develops and sells generally applicable integrated circuits under the MiniLogic brand for sale in the market. The subsidiary works closely with customers to design and provide innovative, cost-effective ASICs for a variety of consumer products.
