MTM Power® Messtechnik Mellenbach GmbH is one of the leading German manufacturers in the field of power supplies with headquarters in Mellenbach / Thuringia and an international distribution network. In addition to a standard range of AC / DC modules, DC / DC converters, DIN rail power supplies, 19 “plug-in power supplies and transformers, the company mainly manufactures customized power supplies.

The quality requirements are uncompromisingly high. All devices go through up to ten different tests before product release. An error rate of only 0.01% speaks for itself. In addition, they set up their own development department, which promotes an expansion of the product range by forward-looking new developments, but also offers customized special solutions. The pronounced customer orientation of the meanwhile almost 200 employees at MTM Power has resulted in steadily growing customer and sales figures for the company.

An impressive example of the pioneering development work at MTM Power is the worldwide unique thermoselective vacuum encapsulation of the Power Modules. It eliminates the ground connection, provides absolute resistance to dust and moisture, minimizes external dimensions, provides better shock and vibration absorption, good temperature characteristics and a long life. MTM Power has recently acquired a European patent on vacuum casting technology, EP 1 987 708 and U.S. Pat. Patent, U.S. Patent No. 8,821,778 B2. In addition, for the PM-IP67A series vacuum sealed modules, a U.S. Patent, Patent No. 8,263,880.
