In PVA TePla AG, globally active high-tech companies are united, which manufacture tailor-made systems for vacuum, high-temperature and plasma processes as well as for quality inspection.

For the sister companies in the PVA TePla AG group, our production department produces complex high-tech systems that are sold worldwide. Our main customers are PVA Crystal Growing Systems GmbH and PVA Metrology & Plasma Solutions GmbH . For these partner companies we build crystal growing systems for the production of monocrystalline ingots from silicon and silicon carbide, from which wafers for the semiconductor industry are manufactured. In addition, we produce systems for surface activation and ultra-fine cleaning in plasma and manufacture quality inspection systems in several clean room tents.
