Bonsack Präzisionstechnik GmbH is active in 3 different business areas – Precision Part Production, Automation Technology and Toolmaking.
In the area of precision parts production, high-end parts are manufactured for various applications in the fields of optics, mechanical engineering, medical technology, aerospace, automotive and energy technology. The achievable tolerances are in the single-digit μ range. Parts made from all materials that can be cut from 1 to 10000 are produced (robot-automated).
The automation division develops and manufactures a wide range of customer-specific solutions, from complex devices and gauges through to assembly machines and test systems.
As examples from the recent past can be called assembly workstations with indexable in 4 different angular positions, accessible from 5 sides and modular exchangeable swivel receptacles and a system for fully automatic light adjustment of a car headlamp.
For our toolmaking customers, we manufacture tool components for injection molding tools, fineblanking tools, trimming tools, pressing tools, hot stamping tools as well as composite tools.
Due to a broad technical orientation we are able to accomplish various tasks professionally and with high quality!
