3D products:

C5 series – compact high-speed 3D sensors with Ultra HD resolution
The laser-triangulation-based high-speed C5 series 3D sensors offer a resolution of up to 12 megapixels and a profile speed of up to 200 kHz. They have a compact, rugged design and tensile and tear-resistant M12 connectors for reliable power and data transmission. For use in harsh environments, the C5 sensors are available with lens protection in various designs. It not only ensures protection class IP67, but also includes optional features such as a blow-out device.

C5-CS series – the right high-speed 3D compact sensor for every need
The C5-CS series combines C5 sensors with state-of-the-art laser electronics in a compact, rugged design. It includes a large number of models with different performance data and designs and thus covers a wide range of applications. The C5-CS sensors enable 3D scans with up to 4096 points per profile and an output of up to 200,000 profiles per second. They are factory calibrated and fully industrialized with an IP67 enclosure, GigE Vision, 5 to 24 volt digital inputs and outputs, and an RS422 encoder interface.

MCS Series – Modular Configurable High-Speed ​​3D Compact Sensors
The MCS series complements the C5-CS series of pre-configured high-speed 3D compact sensors. With it AT – Automation Technology is the only manufacturer in the world offering customers the possibility to configure their own solutions for their applications. The customer enters the desired performance data such as scan width (x-FOV), working distance, points per profile and scan speed and receives a perfectly tailored, composed of corresponding modules 3D sensor – at no extra cost and without additional time.

IRSX Series – Smart Infrared Cameras for Industry 4.0
The infrared cameras of the IRSX series are the first intelligent, self-contained thermal imaging systems that are consistently designed for industrial use. The web-based configuration interface and results display make the setup a breeze for thermal monitoring tasks, whether it’s quality control in production, plant monitoring or preventive early fire detection. The IRSX cameras communicate directly with the process control and offer optimal functionality for the practical implementation of Industry 4.0.

Infrared Systems – tailor-made industry solutions
In addition to the IRSX cameras, we also have complete infrared systems tailored to specific industry needs. IRNDT, our nondestructive testing solution for components based on active thermography, is used primarily by aircraft and automotive manufacturers as well as in research and development. DashboardCheck is specifically designed for quality control of dashboards and other foamed components. WeldCheck is a turnkey solution for inline monitoring of welding processes with thermoplastics.

Infrared camera accessories – the right equipment for every application
Our range of accessories includes infrared camera protective housing for ex-zones, outdoor use and heavy-duty environments. On the other hand we offer different software solutions. With IRControl – for the first time on the world market – a complete software package for infrared image processing in real time is available, which forms the basis for numerous systems with thermographic measurement and control tasks in industrial automation. IRMonitor supports large-scale plant monitoring and preventive early fire detection.
