elo werk TestBuilder is the operating software for all elo test systems. TestBuilder is based on the Microsoft DotNet framework.
With TestBuilder test programs can be created in no time. The import of CAD data provides the basis for the built-in program generator. A basic test program with test steps for the components of the test object is generated automatically. The parameters of the test steps are preset. The test steps are assigned needle numbers. Parallel components are recognized and their test steps summarized. It analyzes whether guarding is required and activated if necessary. Guard points are determined automatically.
The processing of the test programs is carried out with the aid of a graphical user interface. For all common test tasks prefabricated test methods are available.

An extensive statistical evaluation of the tests makes it possible to check the stability and prove the process capability. Cp and CpK values can be determined and logged for each test step .
A separate, configurable production interface is available for use in production . The user interface is reduced to elementary functions. Functions, procedures and presentations can be configured. In addition, access can be regulated via integrated user administration .
Parallel testing is supported. Test tasks can be distributed to several controllers of the eloZ1 test system. The test duration can be significantly shortened.
