1. Cleaning
To improve the water-side condition of pipe and container surfaces, we use technologically, economically and ecologically optimized pickling and cleaning processes. This enables us to clean boilers of all pressure stages and types as well as all types of heat exchangers. Depending on the task different cleaning methods are used:
Weakly alkaline decoction and blowing out
Pickling with mineral and organic acids
Inbetriebreinigung
Flue gas side cleaning
Removal of oily and oily deposits
Depending on the process variant, cleaning with the above-mentioned technologies has the following advantages:
high cleansing effect
Formation of a protective layer already during the process
Applicability in both water and steam systems
Passivation and conservation of the entire system
ecological safety
It should be emphasized that boiling out is already possible during the drying of the masonry and that, when the steam pipes are blown out, they are ready for use within a very short time. The commissioning times can thus be significantly shortened compared to conventional methods.
