Active in plastics technology since 1960, the plastics center in Leipzig has comprehensive know-how in thermoplastics and polyurethane processing. Processing technologies as well as design and tool technology are just as much a part of our work as material development, plastics testing in the accredited laboratory according to DIN ISO 17025 as well as welding and joining technology.

As a non-profit, industry-oriented research institute, we are an experienced partner for application-oriented research and development, for services relating to practice-related plastic engineering issues and for in-service training in plastics technology.
