the company, based in chemnitz (saxony), was founded in 1989 by dipl.-ing. peter unterberg founded. originally, as a “workshop for the regeneration of picture tubes”, the standard replacement of cathode systems in black and white and later color picture tubes was carried out.
after 1990, it was more economical for our customers to replace the complete television set or monitor than to replace individual parts – new business areas had to be opened up. this includes the installation of telecommunications systems, the maintenance of empties return systems, and the development of electronic circuits and pc software.
in 1993 the company was entered in the commercial register as unterberg-electronic gmbh, thomas unterberg has been managing director since 2000
we employ engineers and skilled workers who have many years of experience in the development of electronic devices, in the construction of circuits in the rf area, in industrial / automation electronics, vehicle technology and in the development of software.
we do not perform some of the services we offer ourselves, we work with partners. this concerns the manufacture of printed circuit boards and partly the assembly of various assemblies.
