GK Sondermaschinenbau GmbH unites the business units Jacobi Sondermaschinenbau, Rotter Reinstraumservice, Labortechnik Medingen, Bens Edelstahl and Piltz Systeme with their own brands as well as the business unit Brock Baugruppen- und Teilefertigung.

GK Sondermaschinenbau GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Gerhard Kummerfeldt Holding eK. Personally liable partner is Gerhard Kummerfeldt. Gerhard Kummerfeldt Holding eK also owns GK Tobacco GmbH.

At the beginning of 2012, the new production halls were moved to the grounds of Gerhard Kummerfeldt Holding eK in Arnsdorf (near Dresden). In connection with the already on the grounds of Gerhard Kummerfeldt Holding eK resident Varialux GmbH succeeded in the realization of an industrial park.
