ThermHex Waben GmbH offers manufacturers of lightweight sandwich panels a new standard of proven honeycomb cores made of polypropylene (PP). Whether for the production of panels for truck box bodies, whether in the interior of ships or for modern swimming pools, ThermHex PP honeycombs are versatile. The revolutionary, patented ThermHex process for continuous honeycomb core production supports the particularly economical production of sandwich panels. It allows the use of honeycomb cores even in areas where they have not yet been used, mostly for cost reasons.

ThermHex Waben GmbH was founded in 2009 and is a licensee and subsidiary of EconCore NV of Leuven (Belgium), the technology leader in cost-efficient sandwich material production technologies.
