SHS Services GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of SHS – Stahl-Holding-Saar GmbH & Co. KGaA. As an independent company within the SHS, it provides services for the stock corporation of Dillinger Hüttenwerke, for Saarstahl AG and other affiliated companies. In particular, she is responsible for:

the purchase of goods and services,
the purchase of equipment and the implementation of new construction projects.
For the implementation of a cross-company strategy and the consistent use of synergy effects, SHS Services GmbH pursues the following goals:

Concentration and improvement of Group-wide purchasing activities,
