About us
Endotherm Life Science Molecules offers its drug discovery customers (universities, biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical and agrochemical research industries) exclusive laboratory-scale custom synthesis of organic chemicals.

In cooperation with “CompChem Solutions”, a molecular modeling provider, projects of rational drug design using computer-aided methods are promoted, in particular the design of focused and diversified compound libraries for hit-finding, for hit-to-lead studies and lead optimization.
In addition, about 2,500 freely available research chemicals and compound libraries from our own production are offered.

The company also has its own technology platform for the production of highly complex chiral natural products, such as Vitamin D derivatives, which are produced as substance libraries for screening, as synthesis building blocks or for process development with the aim of producing active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
Finally, various projects of medical chemistry are pursued within the framework of national and international research cooperations. EUTrigTreat, an integrated EU-FP7 research project, is developing new diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to the onset of cardiac arrhythmias. As part of a research collaboration with the University of Heidelberg, researchers are searching for inhibitors of MurA, a target enzyme for the development of new antibiotics.
