Stresstech has been building equipment for testing grinding processes on hardened steel since 1983. Per Barkhausen noise analysis, the grinding burn test is performed on camshafts and crankshafts, gears, tools and other parts. In addition to the component inspection, fast series process optimization is possible.

The Stresstech X-ray diffractometers are compact devices for measuring residual stresses and residual austenite. Very short measuring times and maximum flexibility even when measuring on large components are special features of this technology. The main objective is the optimization of machining processes such as shot peening, grinding, turning or milling, as well as the evaluation of welding internal stresses.
