With systems for accurate positioning and movement as a business object, a strong university background in the fields of non-contact bearing technology and rotor dynamics, as well as in-depth practical knowledge in the calculation, design and production of commercial air bearing spindles, our entire aspiration of industrially used precision machining applies.

Air-bearing precision motor spindles are our core business, whose design and design are based on verified and industrially used developments, such as a springless HSK tool clamping system or our patented air bearing technology.

Due to the extreme accuracy requirements of the components used, the individual parts of our products are manufactured almost exclusively in-house. Our production includes standard CNC turning / milling as well as CNC external and internal cylindrical grinding and CNC diamond machining.

Why non-contact bearings?
The balancing effect of the medium (air, for example) between the bearing and the rotating shaft produces rotational movements that are more accurate than the accuracies of the sum of all the parts. Deriving from this the following unique features compared to conventional bearings result.
