About us
Bernd Schwegmann GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1951 in Bonn and is now managed by Sebastian Schwegmann in the third generation.
Since our foundation, we have been developing and producing chemical specialties that are used worldwide in the production of paints and coatings and in the printing industry. By contrast, the industrial cleaners newly added to the program can be used in many different industries.
Our quality management is certified according to ISO 9001: 2015.
Our additives serve to optimize the quality of paints, varnishes and similar coating systems. They improve u.a. special product properties such as gloss, course, wetting, surface texture and storage stability. Our product groups:

Defoamer and deaerator
Anticorrosion additives
Multifunctional and anti-skinning additives
Sliding and leveling additives
Rheological additives
In addition, we offer inspection cards that are used in the areas of development and quality control and serve to determine the opacity of paints.
