The Subtil Group – we make springs better
The spring factory Subtil GmbH in Reiskirchen / Ettingshausen is the parent company of the Subtil Group.

The Subtil Group operates worldwide and, with more than 350 employees at three locations, manufactures technical springs, wire bending and stampings for all industrial sectors using state-of-the-art production equipment.

Are processed

Spring steel wires according to EN 10270-1 (DIN 17223/1) in grades SL / SM / SH / DM and DH, also with special surfaces (galvanized / Bezinal, Crapal etc.)
Oil-end hardened spring and valve spring wires according to EN 102070-2 (DIN 17223/2) unalloyed (FDC / TDC / VDC), alloyed (FDSiCr / TDSiCr / VDSiCr) as well as according to special specifications and various manufacturer’s standards
Stainless spring wires to EN 10270-3 (DIN 17224)) and spring strips to EN 10151 (DIN 17224) W.-Nr. 1.4310 / 1.4401 / 1.4568 / part no. 1.4571
Spring steel strips in grades C60 – C101 according to EN 10140
Cold strip in different grades, e.g. DC01 – DC04 according to EN 10140
Stainless special grades such as Sandvik Spring Flex, Garba 177 PH, Garba Supreme
