Thielenhaus Microfinish
Thielenhaus Microfinish is the market leader in the production of microfinish and superfinishing machines as well as double side grinding machines to improve shape and surface qualities. This precision method is also known as short lift and is considered the highest quality form of fine grinding, polishing and lapping.
The microfinish / superfinish process is used for the microfinishing of surfaces of metallic and ceramic workpieces. The process allows the surface roughness of the workpieces to be reduced to a few microns (one thousandth of a millimeter).
Thielenhaus machines are often integrated in the assembly line production of the automotive industry and can machine some surfaces to the highest precision with a cycle time of 6 seconds. Processing significantly reduces friction and makes a significant contribution to the efficiency, load-bearing capacity and longevity of the workpieces and thus of the overall product.

Köllmann Gear + Airtec
Köllman Gear is a manufacturer of extruder and special gearboxes for particularly demanding requirements. Köllmann Airtec produces compressors for plastering machines and special compressors for other industrial applications.
Precision and the highest quality have been central features of Koellmann Gear & Airtec products for more than one hundred years. We have developed from the original gearwheel production into a specialist for large and special gearboxes as well as for high-quality diaphragm compressors.
