Kampf Schneid- und Wickeltechnik GmbH & Co. KG has been one of the leading international technology leaders in cutting and winding technology for more than 90 years. The company, headquartered in Wiehl near Cologne, employs almost 600 people worldwide.
The product range includes cutting and winding machines, winders as well as narrow-cut and special machines for the production and processing of sheet-like plastic films, composite materials, laminates and aluminum and copper foils as well as nonwovens, labelstock and finished paper. KAMPF is the largest manufacturer of film slitting and winding machines and winders for films worldwide. The export share is about 90%. The company has subsidiaries in the US, China and India as well as international service and sales offices. The main focus of the extensive portfolio is on slitters and winders with a material width of up to 11 m for plastic films as well as Doppler and separating machines for aluminum foils.
Founded in 1920 in Wiehl-Mühlen by Erwin Kampf and today managed by the managing director Lutz Busch, since 1988 a wholly owned subsidiary of Jagenberg AG, which as a strategic management holding company based in Krefeld has various subsidiaries and participations in Germany and abroad Engineering and technical textiles and has more than 1,300 employees worldwide.
