We at Merschbrock have the following production possibilities:

Fully automatic processing of plastic articles, e.g. Milling holes to fit
• Welding of plastic articles, such as: heating element welding, back gel welding and ultrasonic welding

• Conditioning of plastic articles
• Finishing of plastic articles, such as painting, printing, chrome plating and hot stamping

Our machine park is characterized by the highest possible degree of automation and we cover a clamping force range from 6.2 tons to 1,000 tons without gaps. Thus, we have the opportunity for you to produce plastic articles with a part weight of 0.01g to 2.930g fully automatic.
We process all common thermoplastics, bioplastics and have some machines specially equipped for the processing of thermoplastic elastomers.
In our own toolmaking department, we manufacture new tools and can introduce article modifications without delay into existing tools.
